At LightBurn Software, we offer a 30-day trial period to ensure our software meets your needs before purchase; however, due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally only issued for unactivated license keys within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Activation Status
Ensure your license key has not been activated on any machine, as activated digital products are ineligible for return.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the email address used during the checkout process.
License Deactivation
Once your request is approved, our team will remotely deactivate the license key and remove it from our global registration database.
Refund Processing
After deactivation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
